We keep this short and plain. We collect little, we use it only for what you asked, and you can leave at any time.
Who we are
Keynotes Legacy Group Inc., Calgary, Alberta, Canada, prepares and sells the books of the late Prof. Ayodele Rotimi (Ayo) Fatubarin.
What we collect
When you sign up on this site, we ask for your name, your email address, what you are interested in and the book you want first. We also record the page you signed up from and the date and time.
When you buy a book, we also collect your delivery address (for printed books) and your order details. Your payment is taken by our payment provider. We do not see or keep your card number.
Why we collect it
To send you what you asked for: your scorecard, news of the book you asked about, and our other books. If you asked about them, we also tell you about speaking, coaching or consulting. For orders, we use your details to deliver your book and answer questions about it. We use your email for nothing else.
Your consent
We email you only after you tick the box on the form agreeing to hear from us. You can change your mind at any time.
How to unsubscribe
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or write to info@keynoteslegacy.com and say “Unsubscribe”. We will remove you promptly. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details until you ask us to remove them, and we review the list each year and remove anyone who no longer wants to hear from us. We keep order records for as long as the law and our accounts require.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored with the companies that host this website, send our email and process payments. Their servers may be outside Canada. We take reasonable care to keep your details private.
Who sees it
We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only with the companies that host this website, deliver our email, take payments, and print and ship your order, and only so they can do that job.
Your scorecard answers
The free scorecards run in your own browser. Your answers stay on your device and are never sent to us.
Cookies and tracking
If we add analytics or advertising tools to this site, we will say so on this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
