Is this you?
This book is a professor's lifetime of guidance, left for you.
Most people are given responsibility long before anyone prepares them for it. You are asked to lead the project, steady the family, speak for the group. You learn on the job, and the mistakes are public.
Skill alone does not carry you. When pressure comes, character does.
What will another year of putting off who you want to become cost you, and the people who depend on you?
What changes

About the author
He studied how seeds grow. Then he helped people grow.Read his story
Prof. Ayodele Rotimi Fatubarin studied what makes living things grow, then spent his life asking what makes people and nations grow. A botanist and ecologist with a PhD in Ecology, he rose from lecturer to Professor of Botany across a career in universities and colleges. He chaired committees and, as a Rotarian, gave his time to his community. He supported and supervised projects, was called on to lecture on development issues, and wrote to help people of every age grow.
His argument is simple: a nation is only as strong as the character of its people. His question to you is just as plain: what will you leave your nation better for?
